Benefit Exchange (“Exchange”) Solicitation HBEX9 Procurement Assistance
Consultant Services Request for Offer, the Exchange announces its intent to award a

There will be a five (5) workday period allowed for protest.
The solicitation protest process is contained in Solicitation Section 3.3 -
Protest Process. The protest period commences on June 14, 2012 and ends at 5:00
p.m. Pacific Daylight Savings Time on June 21, 2012. Protests must be mailed or
