In consideration of the response to the California Health
Benefit Exchange (“Exchange”) Solicitation HBEX8 “CalHEERS Project Independent
Verification & Validation Services” Request for Proposals, the Exchange
announces its intent to award a contract to Visionary Integration Professionals
(VIP) based on the final scores listed below:

2. Informatix Inc. -- 485.76
3. Engage Integrated Systems Technology -- 478
4. Eclipse Solutions -- 466.55
5. Alexan International -- 455.99
Three other proposals were deemed non-responsive for failure
to pass the Corporate Qualifications minimum scoring requirement. One proposal
submitted was deemed non-responsive because it contained cost data in Volume I.
These proposals were not subject to further evaluation or final scores.
The award will be final at the end of the five (5) business day
period allowed for protest of the award in the Request for Proposals Section
1.11. The protest period commences on July 16, 2012 and ends at 5:00 p.m.
Pacific Daylight Time on July 20, 2012. Any protest of the tentative award must
meet the criteria described in Section 1.11 “Protest Process” of the HBEX8
Request for Proposals, Addendum 2 which is available at www.healthexchange.ca.gov.
